ERP Sales Manager

Doha, Qatar

As a Sales Manager, you will be the main point of contact of our different customers. Concretely, you will be dealing directly with C-Level Managers, IT Managers and Procurement Managers to presentOdoo ERP as a solution for their business.

The Sales Manager is helping customers streamline their business processes with Odoo ERP. This is a sales job for people who are excited to work at the intersection of software and business. You’ll learn different management practices throughout a variety of industries and how Odoo’s diverse apps (there’s over 50!) can be used to alleviate company needs.

We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit.

Responsibilities

  • Identify market opportunities
  • Network with a large diverse pool of customers
  • Manage targeted based sales pipeline 
  • Contact potential customers 
  • Analyze all aspects of clients' business operations
  • Offer Odoo services and licenses matching their needs
  • Demo the Odoo software to end clients
  • Negotiate pricing contractual agreement with customers and promote the right value proposition
  • Be part of the entire sales cycle
  • Manage accounts after closing deals and maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or higher
  • Passion for software products
  • +3 years experience in sales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Solution-driven mindset
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and high commitment level
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to learn and evolve quickly
  • Successful sales track record
  • Achieve a monthly sales target
